The THS is sponsoring the Academic Awards Night on Thursday, Nov. 30th. A reception will follow the ceremony and we are asking for donations of a variety of cookies and small bottles of water. We anticipate 200-400 students and parents attending this event. Please, take a look at the following link….http://www.luckypotluck.com/potluck/THSAcademicAwards and sign up for the item(s) that you are able to donate.
You may drop these items off in the main office between Monday, November 27th and Thursday, November 30th by 4:00pm. Thank you for helping us make this a fun and rewarding evening for our families and students!
The PTSA is again sponsoring a book fair at Barnes and Noble, in Francis Scott Key Mall, on December 16th. Come out to do your holiday shopping and the PTSA will receive a portion of all sales when our flyer is presented! The fair will run all day and gift wrapping is available for your B&N purchases. Details are coming soon about our largest fundraiser of the year.
Now accepting 2017-2018 Grant Applications
The THS PTSA is offering faculty and staff the opportunity to apply for a $500 grant. The board is committed to supporting all parts of PTSA – parent, teacher, and student, and is in the financial position this year to again make funds available for a teacher-led program or project. Please note that, unlike last year, all applicants must be PTSA members before or at the time of the grant application. Go to Forms to download the application.
The Tuscarora High School PTSA is pleased to start this new web page as an easy way to connect with our members, potential members, and the greater THS community. We are proud to represent the Titans students, staff, and parents and hope you join us as a THS PTSA member. Check back soon, as we are working on the site, to add more options and information. For instance, we are setting up a contact page. In the meantime, if you have questions or comments, please leave a comment on this blog post or check us out on Facebook.
